Trek Bicycle has added the team-issued LEOPARD TREK Signature Series paint scheme to the multitude of customizable options available through their Project One program. The much-talked-about “Silver/White/Leopard Blue” paint scheme will be available for purchase February 1 at all Trek-authorized Project One retailers. Riders will have the choice to apply the new paint scheme to the Madone 6 series or the Team Issue Madone 6.9 SSL.

 Interest in the LEOPARD TREK Madone has exceeded initial expectations. Trek Project One Coordinator Eric Maves reports, “From the day images of the bike were released, we’ve been taking calls about it. The demand is unlike anything we’ve ever seen for the release of a single new paint theme. We’ve been floored by the excitement, but our painters are more than up to the task.”

 Project One is Trek’s custom bike program that allows riders to choose from thousands of paint and parts options to create a one-of-a-kind ride. The hand-crafted, hand-painted works of art are built exclusively in Trek’s Waterloo, WI worldwide headquarters.
